FAQs

Do I need a valid email to apply for a position?

Yes. We require a valid email address to keep you updated on the status of your application. There are free email services available online, and you don’t need a computer to create one.

Do you accept paper resumes?

Our application is entirely online, but you have the option to attach your resume and cover letter to your application. Please be sure to include all essential information, such as:

  • Personal details
  • Work experience
  • Education
I’m having trouble in the application process, what should I do?

If you encounter any difficulties while applying for a position, try updating your internet browser or switching to a new one.

How do I know if my application has been received?

When you reach the “Submission Confirmation” screen stating, “You submitted to this job on (date),” you can feel confident knowing we’ve received your application successfully.

Can I make changes to my application after I’ve applied for a position?

While you can update your contact information on the “My Home Page” tab, you cannot modify other information. If you notice any other discrepancies and need to make updates, please contact your local recruitment department.

What happens to my application after I apply?

We review every application based on experience, skills, and responses. If you’re not selected to move forward, we’ll let you know via email after the initial review.

Top candidates are referred to the hiring manager for further evaluation, and only a select few are selected for interviews. In some cases, you’ll get a final update once the process is complete.

How can I ensure that my application receives the most significant consideration?

To give your application the best chance, complete it with your most relevant work experience, education, and thoughtful answers to the questions. Missing answers can make it harder for us to understand your qualifications fully.
